Classified in Caernarfon – a Clouseau Code Breaker!

Can you crack the classified code?

You have been given a special mission!  You must meet a secret agent for the British government by the David George Lloyd Statue in Castle Square by the end of the day and relay a message that is of utmost national security!  But first, you must work out the identity of the agent that you are to meet and work out his/her under-cover alias profession that he/she is using.  You must approach the agent and identify yourself by giving a special message.  The agent will then reply in code.  Only then, can you pass on the classified message to the agent!  But first, you must also work out the crucial missing words in the secret message by solving all the clues.  Will you accept the mission?

Simply follow the clues around the town from  start to finish at the Slate Quay Car Park, Allt Y Castell  (Castle Hill), Caernarfon  LL55 2PB.  There is a flat charge of £4 to park here all day.  However, you may find free parking on St Helen’s Road.  There are toilets available at the car park.  Many cafes, pubs and restaurants are available in the town and there is also a café at the Victoria Dock Gallery.   All the answers to each clue will give you an INCORRECT piece of information!  Simply cross it from the Answer sheet.  In a process of elimination, you will be left with the correct answers!

The trail is on hard surfaces: pavements, roads, and a few cobbled areas.  There are no steps.  The trail should be entirely accessible for all. It is approximately 2 miles long and should be completed in 2-3 hours.  This is an estimate and depends on the speed at which you walk and on how many stops you choose to make along the way!

Standard Booklet  as pdf download   £10.99    Suitable for  a group of 2-4 to share.

It was a great day, I thoroughly enjoyed it, for more than the obvious reasons. ( the winner)  You are all a great bunch of people and ultimately the cause that money was being raised for is, most likely, dear to everyone’s hearts. Ultimately it is fundraising like this that helps push forward the treatments which in turn helps the people it will benefit the most.”    Collette Burns
